Ken Naumann
CEO
As NetWitness’ Chief Executive Officer, Ken leads our company’s overall growth and strategy through his strong expertise in the enterprise tech and cybersecurity space.
Ken is responsible for overseeing the innovation of NetWitness’ solutions and products as well as bolstering the company’s global footprint, providing increased value for shareholders, customers, and employees.
Over his 25-year career, Ken has served as CEO of a mix of public, private-equity, and venture-backed companies, mainly focused on social media compliance and information security. Ken has also held executive leadership positions at fast-growing companies within the vulnerability assessment and incident response industries.
Will Gragido
Chief Product Officer
Will Gragido is the Chief Product Officer for NetWitness. He began his formal journey in technology in the early 1990s when he left college and joined the United States Marine Corps. Will moved quickly ushered into the emerging world of data communications, where he received training in internetworking, information security, communications intelligence, and information warfare.

He continued to grow and develop these skills through formal and informal continued education (management consultancy, vendor-specific, and beyond) and personal growth studies.
Throughout his career, Will has been a member and a leader in many of the cybersecurity industry’s most outstanding services, product, threat research intelligence organizations, including but not limited to International Network Services, Internet Security Systems (ISS), Damballa, Cassandra Security, TippingPoint DV Labs, NetWitness/ RSA NetWitness FirstWatch, Digital Shadows, Hyas, and Prevailion.
Throughout his career, Will has demonstrated and been noted for his forward-thinking approaches in strategic technology & business growth/development, his ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships, and his ability to recruit, develop and retain talent while building and leading teams.
Will is a published author with three non-fiction titles to his credit related to cybercrime, espionage, and threat forecasting (predictive analytics), with another in the works.
Additionally, he is a seasoned and experienced public speaker who has spoken at tier-one conferences globally and sat on the CFP selection board for threat research and malware for the RSAC USA conference.
Will currently makes his home in the greater Austin, Texas area with his wife, their two youngest children, and family dogs.
Julie Burgoyne
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Julie is responsible for helping our customers achieve their successes via NetWitness’ customer service, technical support, and value-added services. Under Julie’s leadership, each of these functions has been designed to ensure customers receive best-in-class service throughout all elements of the NetWitness product.
Julie has been with NetWitness since 2009, holding various services-related roles throughout her tenure. Prior to joining NetWitness, Julie held leadership roles in the telecommunications sector including bringing new innovative products to market for Lucent Technologies and Sycamore Networks.
Tod Ewasko
Head of Strategy
Tod Ewasko is the Head of Strategy for NetWitness. He oversees product management and advanced development, responsible for NetWitness’ product vision and strategy. Under Tod’s leadership, NetWitness delivers industry-leading threat detection and response solutions – helping organizations navigate an ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.
Prior to NetWitness, Tod served as Vice President of Development and Product at Civix and AccessData, where he was responsible for product strategy as well as global product support and services functions. With deep experience running SaaS-delivered software solutions, as well as expertise in incident response, automation, integration development, and user experience, Tod’s leadership drives the NetWitness product strategy.

Kristine is a results motivated marketer with over two decades of experience in driving revenue growth for leading organizations. As a seasoned Vice President of Marketing, Kristine has built numerous marketing teams with focus on customer retention, brand equity, pipeline generation and perfecting the Marketing tech stack.

In her current capacity as Vice President of Global Marketing at NetWitness, Kristine leads the charge in propelling the company to new heights through cutting-edge global marketing initiatives.

Nick Calovich
Director of Human Resources
Nick Calovich is the Director of Human Resources for NetWitness. He is a dynamic HR leader with substantial global experience. Nick embarked on his professional HR journey in Tokyo, Japan, where he laid the groundwork for his HR expertise.

Nick embarked on his professional HR journey in Tokyo, Japan, where he laid the groundwork for his HR expertise.
His career path led him to the role of International Director of HR at Arezzo and Co., a prominent global fashion and manufacturing company.
Beginning when the company had a modest staff of about 29 individuals in the US, Nick played a pivotal part in steering its growth to encompass over 500 US employees.
His remit covered the formulation of global HR policies and a close partnership with senior leadership on multifaceted HR initiatives.
These spanned performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and recruitment.
In a preceding role as an HR Manager at Hunter Boots, Nick adeptly managed a diverse team of five while overseeing a considerable workforce spanning the US and Canada.
This experience empowered him to optimize policies, establish robust systems, and foster an astute comprehension of the intricacies of global HR dynamics.
Nick’s initial years in consulting served as a solid bedrock for his HR expertise.
Currently, Nick resides in Avon, Connecticut, with his wife and three children.
Beyond his professional commitments, he finds fulfillment in coaching youth soccer and pursuing his passion for running.
